Fees and payments

Our payment options are listed on this page. These can be used to pay your family accounts, including school fees.

Contact us if you have any questions or need extra time to make a payment.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Our school accepts direct bank transfers for school fee and family account payments. Use your child’s name and a brief description if possible, for example ‘sfee’ for ‘school fee’.

EFTPOS

Our front office has EFTPOS facilities. You can visit the front office to pay your account. Cash is also accepted.

Payments can be made at the finance window in the Front Office during the following times:

  • Morning: 8:30am to 9:15am, Monday to Thursday
  • Afternoon: 2:30pm to 3:15pm, Monday to Wednesday

Online payments

Qkr! mobile phone app

You can use the ‘Qkr!’ mobile phone app to pay school fees and family accounts.

Centrepay – deductions from Centrelink payments

This option gives authority to Centrelink to take regular periodical deductions from any benefits you receive and deposit them straight into the schools bank account.

You’ll be required to come into the front office to complete paperwork.

Instalment payment plan

Instalment plans can be put in place for families to pay a regular amount weekly or fortnightly by cash or EFTPOS through the finance office.

School Card scheme

If you’re a low-income family with children attending government schools, you can get financial help with school fees, materials and services charges through the School Card scheme.
